We’re looking for qualified applicants for Management Positions in many Ohio stores.

For those who have what it takes to manage people, oversee training, meet sales goals, manage a team and take ownership in the results.

You should possess at least 2 years of retail sales experience.

1-2 years of sales experience in a commission environment is a plus, but not required.

You must possess the ability to work in a retail setting with retail hours, which would consist of a combination of day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

You must also be able to move throughout the store to actively engage customers, demonstrate products, and effectively execute the sales function.

Successful candidates must possess:

– 5 years of SALES experience or retail SALES management
Strong focus on Operations
Ability to succeed in a SALES environment
Ability to coach, train, and motivate 5-10 staff members
Willingness to start a CAREER
Ability to solve problems, achieve goals and delegate tasks
Eagerness to learn new things
Commitment to excellence
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule which would include evenings, weekends and some holidays
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Pay: $50,000.00
– $70,000.00 per year
