Responsible for the coordination and completion of projectprogram.

Oversees all aspects of projects.

Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projectprogram.

Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projectprogram.

May require a bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of tasks.

Leads and directs the work of others.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Typically reports to a manager or head of a unitdepartment.

The Explore Brand Content team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Creative Program Manager to support our brand and content initiatives.

This role will sit with a team of 7 design and copywriting professionals and will oversee the execution of creative projects supporting high profile, high impact business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have understanding and relevant experience at an agency or in-house creative studio of overseeing the creative development process and an expertise in digital marketing and social media.

Additionally, this individual will have the ability to anticipate workload and resources needed for a successful project, while working closely with the internal creative team to develop and execute innovative initiatives to achieve business goals.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will be able to manage multiple projects, write project plans, own schedules, outline key milestones, and work with designers and copywriters to traffic deliverables.

The candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and raising the bar on creative deliverables.

This role requires excellent project management skills, strategic thinking, relationship building, problem solving, and strong communication skills.

A track record of on-time delivery of projects coupled with the ability to operate independently are key to the success of this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES bull Drive and execute multiple projects at once, such as display advertising and social media campaigns, toolkits, templates, asset libraries, etc.

bull Write project plans, including work back schedules bull Communicate project status with multiple stakeholders, both orally and written bull Deliver projects on-time at a high quality BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Must Haves) bull Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required bull Experience (4 years) as a project managerproducer in a creative agency or similar experience bull Experience in owning creative projects from start to finish and delivering results bull Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS bull Exceptional judgement and a keen eye to discern good from great bull Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints bull Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously bull Knowledge of Adobe design programs Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
