Information Content Management Analyst Our client is looking for an experienced Information Content Management Analyst to support a customer in Hampton, VA.

This role will support the customer’s Center Operations Directorate (COD) organization in evaluating and re-structuring their current content management systems and approach, recommending an actionable content management plan to achieve the “target state” noted below, and implementing the approved “target state” content management plan.

Candidates must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance APPLY HERE Email your updated resume to sariasapexsystems.com Title Configuration Analyst Location ONSITE in Hampton, VA Contract 1 year Required Skills Eligible for a NACI Clearance Public Trust Clearance Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 2 years’ experience as an information and document management architect Experience with configuration and document management practiceslifecycle and aided workflow approaches Experience with enhanced document management and curation approaches for a meta-data tagging and the associated analysis to support a dynamic organization Familiarity with automating document management processes to the greatest extent possible Technical familiarityexperience with various content and document management systems including but not limited to Docushare, MS O365, SharePoint Online Project Management experience including plan and schedule development, risk assessments, and managing project priorities This role will be responsible for the following Evaluate the existing content review and approval workflows and provide recommendations to achieve the following “target state” goals Document change control management Document review and approval process Metadata tagging knowledge management Recommend eliminating, as much as possible, any manual processing Consistent naming conventions that can support a dynamic organizational structure Review the current configuration management process to ensure it continues to meet the “target state” goals Define a content management lifecycle that encompasses creation through destruction Recommendation for sustainment of the “target state” Execution of the implementation plan including migration of the current contentfiledocument management systems from their existing platforms (including Docushare, files shares, OpexText, etc.) to an approved customer documentcontent management platform(s) Expected Deliverables Actionable execution plan that states the goal, specific action, resources, success criteria, milestones and schedule to develop a plan and execute within one year.

Execution plan shall address an assessment of the current environment state proposed future state timeline for achieving the goal As a minimum define a hierarchy structure, identify ownership, document types, identification methods, migration cleansing strategy, purge process, document governance Full implementation of the execution plan in a customer approved environmentplatform(s) (including MSO365, SharePoint Online, Box, etc.) within the desired timeframe EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
