Job Description
The Enterprise Account Manager is the catalyst behind Third Party Pet® success as an organization.

As a consultative sales professional, the Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for optimizing existing revenue performance within our current Enterprise segments.

This is achieved by developing credibility in understanding customer’s external drivers, business objectives and internal challenges to develop strategies and tactics to increase customer retention, improve customer satisfaction, and grow existing revenue.
Facilitate internal team collaboration to estimate potential projects Cross functional meeting coordination Manage onboarding of new clientele Conduct both remote and in person meetings / trainings at all levels of an organization Manage client relationships and drive opportunities across assigned accounts Promptly respond to any questions, concerns, or reservations as expressed by clients Collaborate with leadership to prepare SOWs that result in profitable, win-win relationships Audit, pipeline reviews, send monthly invoices, and project status reports Consistently maintain and update opportunity pipeline and service requests in CRM Regularly follow up on tasks, meeting requests, SOWs, and POs Document notes, status changes, and communications on accounts Triage customer requests to various internal resources or teams Must be okay with up to 50% travel Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of relevant experience High level of customer awareness Able to reflect, analyze, and learn from customer feedback Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent active listening skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Strong interpersonal skills Able to work within, and contribute to the team’s success High level of integrity and work ethic
