About This OpportunityResponsibilities:Overseeing the overall development life cycle of the software solutions and managing complex projects with significant bottom-line impactWorking with team in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for the client community that helps them succeed in their goals.Developing the best technical design and approach for new product development.Instilling best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.Delivering projects according to timelines and scopeManaging development projects with proper prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitmentsTranslating business requirements into technical solutions, recommending alternative technical and business approaches where appropriateLeading engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions within budget.Facilitating technical discussions and drive solutions forward to achieve business needs and ensure alignment to strategic technology visionDelivering operational excellence; monitoring of production servicesHelping direct reports grow in their technical skills and career path.Qualifications:Extensive experience running medium to large/complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) processes in planning, implementation and support of business application components, including change & release managementAdvanced knowledge of web development and database design, including experience with modern frameworks like Angular or React.7 years combined working experience with .NET, C#, Java, and/or Go/RustExperience with RESTful Services, CI/CD automation preferredExperience with Cloud services and technologiesExperience with MSSQL databasesDemonstrated ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions for all applications within area of responsibilityDemonstrated ability to facilitate and lead technical discussions and drive solutions forward to achieve business needsDemonstrated experience with designing or working with highly available and reliable systems including work on technical design and architectureStrong experience facilitating issue intervention and driving improvementsStrong skills in risks identification, tracking and planned mitigationStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong innovation, creativity, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of Agile FrameworkBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.7 years’ experience as a Developer (preferred experience with Java/Full stack)5 years’ experience as a technical manager3 years direct people, management experienceLI-NS1LI-TH1DCE-THADICEINDSJ711IT
