Nick Strimbu Inc. is hiring CDL A Regional Reefer Drivers in Brookfield, OH. Drivers will be hauling refrigerated freight throughout the eastern half of the US. The routes available will get you home weekly.

Compensation

• Average annual pay: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00
• Top 10% drivers earn $100,000.00+
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Additional Pay

• $1,000 transition bonus ($500 on 1 st paycheck, $500 on 2 nd paycheck)
• $1,000 retention bonus in your first year ($500 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year)
• $2,000 minimum Annual Tiered Safety Performance Bonus
• $1,500 Driver Referral Bonus, unlimited
• $200 extra for Outbound Weekend Delivery
• $100 Qualified Driver Finder’s Fee, unlimited
• $100 Clean DOT inspection bonus, unlimited
• Detention and Layover Pay not contingent on customer paying penalty!
• Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded

• Governed speed: 68 on pedal, 70 on cruise
• 13 speed and automatic transmissions
• APU, invertor, refrigerator
