Summary of Position

The individual is responsible for promoting ImageLink’s services to organizations that represent a large number of potential patients in the market
– primarily employers, benefit firms/brokers, insurance companies and health systems.

They should have a passion for the ImageLink mission and the desire to be a part of a fast moving, exciting company.

The successful candidate will work well with both internal team members and external partners to drive growth for the business.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Role and Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and manage relationship with local referral sources increasing the awareness of the company’s imaging expertise and services.

Distribute marketing information in accordance with approved guidelines to potential referral sources as Physicians and Chiropractors Facilitate referral activity to the assigned imaging center from designated referral sources Meet directly and daily with potential referral sources to discuss how the Company can meet their imaging, workflow and reporting Remain up to date and knowledgeable on industry trends with current imaging technology Ability to describe in detail what imaging and patient services the company offers and the value proposition to the customer Support the delivery of the Company value proposition to our customer and work collaboratively to resolve any identified issues Provide daily feedback to management on industry trends, local market conditions, challenges, and product awareness Collaborate with management to establish goal, implement plans to enhance current skillset Attend all company sales and management meetings Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development on efficient sales practices, communication, and industry competitive knowledge Perform Company business in accordance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
Required Education, Knowledge, Experience and Ability
Demonstrate ability to think creatively and independently Position requires excellent verbal and communication skills Proven ability and experience to work with designated referral source officer and associated office to facilitate referral activity Ability to travel and conduct calls to physician offices Previous sales experience in diagnostic imaging within the healthcare industry BS/BA level degree in a discipline related to sales, marketing, or service business

Physical Demands: Requires frequent movement for travelling locally; occasional movement in office environment.

Constantly operates a computer, telephone and other office machinery.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
