Description
Responsible for performing aspects of the Patient Flow Management process ensuring that transfers, patient placement and related activities occur in a timely, safe and accurate fashion. This includes providing clinical assessment for patients being placed through the Center for Patient Flow Management, and working in a fast-paced environment. Experienced nurses with Associate Degrees, Diploma in Nursing will commit at the time of hire to complete a Bachelors of Science Degree, BSN, or higher in nursing within 5 years of hire.
This position is located at the Customer Services Center in Highland Hills. The hours are 7am-7pm, 36 hours per week.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Nursing, BSN 5 plus years of experience RN – Registered Nurse ICU or ED experience preferred
