The NAI Harmon Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Custodian Associate. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) cleaning and maintaining facilities in our portfolio and performing miscellaneous related duties (e.g., removing snow and/or ice from sidewalk; removing litter from grounds; replacing light bulbs; etc.) Property or facility management experience a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Inspect and identifies equipment in need of repair

· Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures

· Performs routine maintenance on building systems

· Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities

· Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance

· Performs other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to work independently with little supervision

· Excellent written and communication skills

Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)

Pay:

· Full-time/Hourly base pay

· Company supplied uniforms and vehicle (only during work hours)

· Salary: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift

·Some travel is required and is primarily within a local radius during the business day, although some early morning and after-hours travel may be expected. Candidate must hold a valid driver’s license.
