Job Details

Responsibilities

• The CNC Manufacturing Engineer will coordinate, design, and launch CNC manufacturing processes for new and existing product lines
• This role will report to and work closely alongside the VP of Engineering, and have a direct impact in the continuing growth of the company
• Design manufacturing processes and make equipment choices for new and existing product lines, keeping a focus on cost effectiveness, quality, and customer needs
• Monitor safety standards and ensure those requirements are being integrated into production processes
• Create process designs, prototypes, and testing
• Integrate/implement new technology into manufacturing processes
• Work cross-functionally with other departments for Research and Development projects
• Train machine operators on proper operation of equipment
• Negotiate prices with vendors to meet manufacturing project needs
• Create documentation of manufacturing projects including tooling/fixture design, SOPs, and setup
