Gambling Prevention Coordinator Job Description

Under the direction of the Administrative Coordinator of the Gambling Intervention Program, the Gambling Prevention Coordinator will be responsible for Gambling-related services for consumers in Franklin County. The Gambling Intervention Program at Maryhaven is one of the most respected and well-established programs in the state and searching for a Gambling Prevention Coordinator to manage and coordinate education and prevention services across multiple platforms around the community. The Gambling Prevention Coordinator will collaborate with community partners to educate clients and the public with problem gambling issues. This position may consist of providing gambling intervention treatment services if licensed accordingly.

Gambling Prevention Coordinator Requirements

• Associate of Arts, or Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services or Behavioral Science with one (I) year of experience in the field of chemical dependence or mental health treatment required
• RA, OCPS I or OCPS II licensures with one (I) year of paid full time experience in the field of Gambling Prevention or equivalent required
