Area Temps
An investment banking company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the HR Department. This is a 1 to 2 month assignment and work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Handle calendar in Microsoft Teams
Send applicant links to Teams interviews
Cold email applicants using a template
Learn and use applicant tracing software
Use Outlook for email
Create basic spreadsheets in Excel
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must have a previous Administrative Assistant experience
Must be proficient using Excel and Outlook; Teams knowledge helpful
Must have strong organizational and communication skills
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize work load
Must be vaccinated against Covid-19
