The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for managing IT related issues for internal and external ACRT customers nationwide.

This full-time position will be customer service focused in a project driven environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :Respond to internal and external company requests for technical assistance in person, over the phone, and electronicallyWork with internal and external customers to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesCommunicate effectively with personnel in order troubleshoot as a part of the problem-solving processRemain up-to-date with system information, changes, updates, and documentationIdentify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention Requirements: Education Requirements:Minimum Associates degree in Science (including IT), Math, or BusinessPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science Experience requirements:Minimum:1 year of previous customer service/customer relations experiencePreferred:2-years’ experience in an IT support role1 or more years of experience in the following:Windows Server (2012 & 2016) and Active DirectoryTechnical knowledge of IOS & MDM platformsOffice 365 and Microsoft AzureDesired skills :Experience in computer operating systems, Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite ApplicationsBasic understanding and knowledge of computer hardware and networkingHardware troubleshooting, repair, and setup (desktops, laptops, tablets, & cellphones)Experience in Windows Operating Systems including troubleshooting, installation, imaging, and networkingAbility to communicate with equipment manufacturers to resolve technical issuesAntivirus installation and removalPrinter troubleshooting and repair as well as familiarity with print, copy and fax operationsWorks well independently with minimal supervision and ability to follow direction from ManagerAbility to multi-task in order to complete multiple projects simultaneouslyCommon tasks may include password resets, voicemail setup, cell phone troubleshooting, updating documentation and software support Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
