Scope of Position: USPA Global Licensing is looking to hire a motivated Marketing Coordinator to work in our West Palm Beach, Florida headquarters.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist the Brand Marketing Department in managing global marketing programs that effectively promote U.S.

Polo Assn.

and Nantucket Whaler.

The Marketing Coordinator will work in conjunction with all internal departments and vendors to execute all marketing activities, brand messaging and creative direction for advertising and marketing materials, communication efforts, and global brand content.

Marketing Coordinators are creative individuals with fantastic communication and organizational skills.

If you have a way with words and can visually present creative concepts and manage projects, this role is for you.

Responsibilities: Assist with managing content creator and brand ambassador relationships.

Assist with managing marketing projects, timelines, outcomes, and presentations.

Organize creative assets on company server and digital asset management system.

Report on progress of marketing campaigns for U.S.

Polo Assn.

and Nantucket Whaler using various metrics and report formats.

Assist with video creative concepts and workflow.

Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Process invoices and contracts for vendors and content creators.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or Communications is an asset.

Familiarity with Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to represent USPA Global Licensing, Inc.

in a professional manner.

Branding, fashion, and/or licensing experience a significant advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with both external and internal contacts.

Ability to build and nurture collaborative relationships.

Ability to work independently on multiple projects and manage deadlines.

Physical and Mental Requirements: Must be able to sit at a desk for up to 7 hours per day.

Must possess adequate wrist and finger dexterity to operate computer keys and mouse.

Must be able to distinguish details and color nuances in small graphics.

Must have sufficient visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned.

Must be able to talk, listen, read, write, and interact with others in person, over the phone and via other devices.

Must be able to bend comfortably at a 45-degree angle for lower drawer files.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Must be able to maintain composure under stress.
