Email Marketing Specialist – Lehigh Outfitters

Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:Oversee and implement the development, execution, and reporting of all company B2C and B2B email initiatives.Manage email marketing efforts from a tactical perspective while continuously optimizing campaigns.Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of email marketing campaigns; collaborate with E-commerce team in the development and execution of email marketing calendar; developing and refining a result-driven campaign strategy.Own customer segmentation schemes; collaborate with brand sales and marketing management in defining segment criteria and obtaining appropriate data on an ongoing basis.Execute all regular and ad hoc email marketing campaigns; incorporate appropriate control groups for A/B testing, subject line testing, and new innovative approaches in leveraging best practices within email marketing.Manage email campaigns to brand specific customers to increase employee participation and maximize subsidy utilization.Assist in the coordination of in-house and third-party vendors in the development requirements for email marketing, SMS and other technical projects which may leverage list acquisitions.Incorporate list acquisition strategies from various organizational efforts.In addition to the requirements listed below, the following are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Bachelors degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Experience within results-based email marketing execution; including but not limited to content, lead generation and conversion, product/customer segmentation, and other forms of transaction driven email marketing.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategy.Strong HubSpot (or another enterprise level email platform) knowledge and hands-on experience with executing campaigns, setting up test/control groups, and compiling post campaign analytics.Advanced level of skill in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong understanding and compliance of anti-spam laws and regulations.Proficient in HTML.Intermediate Photoshop or comparable web graphic design knowledge and expertise.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
