We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Mental Health Team Leader for our Logan and Champaign County offices.

To apply, please visit our website at www.tcn.org/careers.Responsibilities:Provides individual, group, and family case management and/or counseling Completes intake/diagnostic assessments on all new clientsProvides court representation, community probation, and conditional release services as assigned.Maintains current knowledge of community resourcesDevelops and maintains quality, accurate clinical charts for all clients served.Develops and maintains positive collaboration with other social service agencies serving clients.

Maintain knowledge and familiarity with referral sources within the community.

Provide consultation when needed.Provides administrative and clinical supervision for Community Support Specialists and Community Living Assistants.Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and monitor trainings/certifications to ensure the staff competencies as evidenced by current documentation in personnel files.Conduct supervision sessions for every subordinate on no less than a bi-weekly basis.Assists in facilitating weekly multi-disciplinary treatment meeting.Reviews charts for 100% compliance with record standards at least once each quarter or more often if needed.All other supervisory and/or clinical duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelors Degree in human/social service field; Masters preferred.Experience: 5 years in mental health environment working with the SMD populationCertification: LSW or LPC, First Aid; CPR; de-escalation.Other: ODMH licensure and certification requirements; valid Ohio drivers license; no more than two moving violations within the past year; evidence of liability automobile insurance.BenefitsTCN offers an excellent benefits package including: 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability/Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holidays, potential to earn quarterly bonuses, Agency paid CEU trainings, and a possible flexible schedule based on Agency need.
