Customer Service Representative

Arrowhead Engineered Products

This is a Contract position in Sharonville, OH posted November 8, 2021.



Responsible for assisting and servicing customers on the phone, through email and online by preparing and entering customer orders for warehouse processing.


· Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner

· Answer customer product questions using product knowledge and provided resources

· Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers

· Enter orders in ERP system

· Update customer order/account information in ERP system

· Enter credits in ERP system

· Send and receive customer documents in ERP system

· Solicit sales of new or additional services

· Prepare customer reports

· Prepare orders for warehouse processing

· Maintain files for order-related paperwork in an organized manner

· Address customer complaints or escalate if/when necessary

· Other duties as assigned


High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Other Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of Contact Center experience preferred.

Excellent time management skills

Strong customer relations skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to incorporate telephone and email etiquette to ensure customer satisfaction

Knowledge of component part application to motor sports, rotating electrical, outdoor power & clutch equipment industry is a plus!

Oracle knowledge a plus!

Microsoft Outlook

Excellent Computer Skills
