The candidate will be accountable for a wide range of responsibilities including administrative support, calendar management, payment requests and tax return administrative support. Being able to proactively solve problems, support multiple individuals, communicate in an effective way, and conduct themselves in a professional manner is a must. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong skills in Microsoft Office products.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide administrative and telephone support;Manage calendars and schedules;Make travel arrangements and process expense reports;Process and maintain check requestsProcess tax returns by following the Tax – OneSource Workflow Process;Preparing FedEx packages, tracking receipt and scanning and uploading documentsPreparing, reviewing and formatting final versions of correspondence;Creating/managing Tax memos and uploading supporting materialsPromptly respond to requests with accuracy and a professional demeanor;Demonstrates an awareness of fundamental business principles, as well as an understanding of the overall industry in which the business operates;Works as a competent member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals;Effectively use standard office equipment such as a computer, fax, copier, and scanner; andPerform additional clerical and administrative support duties as assigned.OTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of this employee for this job.
