Golden Reserve is looking for Retirement Planners. Retirement planners are the new sheepdogs of the financial industry. They guide and protect retirees from the biggest risks: (i) Taxes, (ii) Fees, (iii) Risk and (iv) Long-Term Care. Since our founding in 2011, we have been recognized as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the State and have quickly grown to 14 offices and counting. Our success and growth are directly attributed to the superior quality of professionals we recruit, as well as our unique financial model, combining legal, tax and finance – all under one roof – at one flat-fee package cost (no more AUM) – for our clients.

What we ask:

· Conversion: we deliver seminar, radio, internet, and TV shows to retiree prospects – we expect you to win these cases so we can help them navigate the hurdles of retirement.

· Prospecting: we provide monthly dinner seminars and quarterly blow-out events to have some fun with the families we help – our expectation is that you leverage these opportunities to help us find new prospects that we can help in retirement.

· Service: Providing excellent customer service to our existing clients.

· Commitment: we know our team must earn your trust, but we expect every recruit to be committed to our new way of approaching financial services from Day One.

What you need:

• Three (3) years of client facing financial services experience
• State Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
• FINRA Series 65 registration or equivalent licensing.
• GRIT – we built this company brick by brick on a blue-collar mindset where accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness still matter in the workplace.
