Start your journey with us The Cincinnati Insurance Companies’ Account Expense Management & Analytics department is currently seeking an Expense Management Representative to process employee expense reports, assist with expense report guidance and support, complete account reconciliations, facilitate vendor payments, assist with annual IRS 1099 reporting, provide assistance with vendor record maintenance, and assist with other departmental projects. This role is located in our Fairfield, OH headquarters.

 

Starting Range of Pay: $35,360 – $38,480; depending on knowledge and skills.

Be ready to:

  • review expense reports for corporate policy compliance
  • assist associates with expense report guidance and support
  • process company and associate reimbursements
  • complete daily account reconciliations and quarterly accruals
  • communicate with new and established vendors for IRS compliance
  • engage vendors with alternative payment methods
  • facilitate daily credit card payments to vendors
  • assist with annual IRS 1099 process
  • ability to handle large volume workload while maintaining accuracy, organization, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities within set deadlines
  • assist with daily projects and other tasks when needed

Qualification:

Be equipped with:

  • technical aptitude
  • knowledge of Accounts Payable practices and processes, including strong knowledge of IRS reporting regulations
  • strong written and oral communication skills
  • high level attention to detail
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • has excellent customer service skills
  • is team oriented
  • takes initiative
  • has strong problem solving, decision making, logical thinking and judgement skills
  • advanced level Microsoft® Excel skills
  • Chrome River experience a plus
  • PeopleSoft Financials experience a plus

You’ve earned:

  • High School diploma with Accounts Payable experience highly preferred.
